Overall review about my college is good. Our college have a best environment for studies & fun. College do provide placement to the students, hostels facilities are also provided to students. Generally faculties are good of our college , but faculties who teaches me are excellent.

What is the process to pay the fees in Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology?

The students of the 2nd, 3rd & 4th year including 5th year Architecture are required to pay the tuition fees annually or term-wise in the prescribed form available with the Account section within 15 days of the opening of the odd & even semester respectively. Even the students of 1st year who have paid the half-yearly fees have to pay the remaining fees at the opening of the second term. The fee structure is subject to changes as per the rules of the Fee Regulatory Committee.

What is the eligibility for admission in the SCET Surat Master of Engineering?

The candidate shall have passed B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent examination with 50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates) in the final year exam of qualifying exam and candidates have to qualify in the GATE/GPAT in the relevant discipline for engineering and have valid GATE/GPAT qualifying marks or the Common Entrance Test conducted in the current academic year for seeking admission into post Graduate disciplines and its specializations. All Non GATE/non-GPAT candidates including sponsored (Non-GATE/non-GPAT) will have to qualify Common Entrance Test of the current academic year. Other information such as detailed admission schedule, admission rules, application form, current academic year–CET syllabus, list of institutes, etc. is available on the website: www.jacpcldce.ac.in.

The student has to pass his/her graduation from any recognized University and clear the GCET examination of the current academic year.

Eligibility for SCET Surat admission in Engineering is The student has to pass the Standard-12 (10+2) pattern Science stream examination of GSEB or CBSE/ISCE with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry examination or its equivalent and will have to appear for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) conducted by the State Government in the current academic year. Based on the merit marks of GUJCET and 12th Std. exam a common merit list is prepared by the Central Admission Committee i.e. Joint Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Ahmedabad, accordingly admission work is processed by the said Committee appointed by Govt. of Gujarat/D.T.E. About SCET Surat

Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology is a private autonomous business school affiliated with Sarvajanik University. Established in 1995, B.Tech Admission at SCET Surat is offered on the basis GUJCET exam and done through the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). SCET Surat offers 15 courses and twelve departments, and Ph.D. courses to students across various Engineering and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Management streams. SCET located in the heart of the city presently enrolls more than 2000 students in various disciplines of Engineering and MCA where-in they run 10 UG courses and 5 PG courses. All UG and PG courses are affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Chandkheda. Since 1995 it continuously keeps on upgrading its resources in terms of its human as well as infrastructure. The SCET Surat UG course offers B.Tech and B.Arch course which includes GUJCET. All the courses from the academic year 2021-22 will be affiliated with Sarvajanik University. Apart from the UG program, SCET Surat offers PG-level courses, such as  M.Tech, MCA, and a Ph.D. program in engineering at the doctorate level. Admissions to the MCA program are done on the basis of the GCET, and GATE scores, while Ph.D. admissions are based on the UGC-NET exam conducted by the institute. SCET Surat is taking a lead role in developing Training & Placement related activities of the south Gujarat region with the help of GTU- ITAP Cell. It is acting as a single point of contact for companies to help them for recruitment of Engineers, pharmacists, MBA, M.Sc., B.Sc. Diploma etc. It is providing infrastructure and resources for the conduction of pool campus recruitment drives for students of about 40 colleges from Baroda to Vapi for different disciplines.
